On average, nurses walk 4- Miles for every 12-hour shift they work. That’s a lot of walking.

It is known that Nurses walk double the distance every shift than the average population does daily. The average person who only walks about 2.5 miles on average. So, This fact about nursing proves why nurses need a comfortable pair of shoes!

Nursing students represent about 50% of individuals studying some form of health care at a higher education level. There should be a large number of nurses In order for healthcare to operate smoothly

According to The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, there were about 3 million nurses in 2016. However, it is known that the population of Jamaica is roughly the same as the number of nurses in the United States and this numerical fact about nursing is shocking.
